She organises research development activities and co-hosts the monthly Doctoral Journeys Café, providing a supportive space for doctoral researchers to discuss writing, research development, funding and the wider doctoral experience.

Alongside her academic work, she contributes to external and industry-facing projects concerned with measuring and demonstrating social value and impact. She is also a Fellow of Decolonising Sustainability Metrics at The Integrity Centre. She is involved in international collaboration exploring decolonisation methods in social innovation research and is an active member of the GreenFin Research Cluster and the Green Farm Africa Project.

Current Teaching

She contributes to the delivery of the MBA programme, where she teaches the Operations Management module to a diverse and predominantly international cohort. Her teaching emphasises the application of operations and strategic management concepts to contemporary organisational challenges, encouraging students to critically engage with the relationship between operational decision-making, sustainability and organisational performance. She also contributes to the Sustainable Business module (PRS4580), where she teaches Sustainability Accounting, extending this focus to the role of accounting and measurement in supporting sustainable business practice. At doctoral level, she runs doctoral clinics to support PhD researchers and currently supervises doctoral projects focused on Indigenous entrepreneurship and sustainable farming.
