Biography

Dr NattaciaDabescki is a Lecturer in Business Management in the Department of Strategy,Leadership and Operations at Middlesex University. She teaches acrossundergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including the MBA.

She bringsover a decade of experience in higher education, having previously taught atBrunel University London, the University of Derby, and Bath Spa University.Prior to her academic career, she gained professional experience in projectmanagement and civil service policy work, which continues to inform herpractice-oriented and applied approach to teaching.

Dr Dabesckicompleted her PhD at Brunel University London in 2018. Her doctoral researchexamined the speed of internationalisation of multinational enterprises. Hercurrent research interests lie at the intersection of international businessstrategy, innovation, and sustainability.

Her academicpractice spans teaching, curriculum development, and student supervision,alongside experience in programme leadership and quality enhancement. She iscommitted to delivering inclusive, practice-oriented teaching that supportsdiverse student cohorts and enhances engagement, progression, andemployability.
