Biography
Olga Mourouti is Deputy Dean (Education) in the Faculty of Business and Law and a senior member of the Faculty Leadership Team. She leads on academic quality, student experience and outcomes, student recruitment, portfolio development and academic partnerships across the faculty.
Working closely with colleagues across the University, Olga is part of a network of Deputy Deans, the University Executive Team and the Pro Vice-Chancellor for Education and Student Experience. Together, they drive initiatives that enhance the student experience and deliver measurable improvements in satisfaction, continuation, progression and attainment, including the integration of inclusive, practice-based and digitally enhanced approaches to learning.
Olga is also a member of a cross-University network of Deputy Deans, working with Middlesex University's International campuses to ensure both consistency of academic standards and the development of a global student experience.
Before assuming her current role, Olga was Director of Teaching and Learning in the Faculty of Business and Law and also served as Director of Programmes for the Departments of Marketing, Branding and Tourism as well as Strategy and Operations. Earlier in her career, she worked in the retail and financial services sectors, initially as a purchasing manager and later as a brand manager.
