With over 18 years in UK academia, Dr Mariana Dodourova has accumulated extensive knowledge and understanding of the different facets of Higher Education. An expert in Strategic Management, Innovation and Change Management, Mariana has built a wealth of experience and a successful career spanning Senior Management, Partnership Management and Research Management. She has a proven track record of enhancing individual and team performance and facilitating organisational improvement. A dynamic and innovative change agent, she has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to drive performance through internal and external collaboration. Mariana is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an active member of the Chartered Management Institute.
