An expert in Strategic Management, Innovation and Change Management, Mariana has built a wealth of experience and a successful career spanning Senior Management, Partnership Management and Research Management. She has a proven track record of enhancing individual and team performance and facilitating organisational improvement. A dynamic and innovative change agent, she has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to drive performance through internal and external collaboration. Mariana is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an active member of the Chartered Management Institute.
