Dr Yan Jiang is the Lecturer in Operations Management at the Management Leadership & Organisations Department, the Middlesex University. Yan mainly carries out qualitative empirical research on sustainable supply chain management, particularly in the topic of sustainable global sourcing of MNCs. In addition, Yan also conducts research on e-commerce innovation of the SMEs in China context.
