Depending on which level of study you are applying for there are a number of ways to submit your application:

Level of study | Entry requirements |
Undergraduate - Year 1 | For entry to most undergraduate courses, you must have completed University Entrance or NCEA Level 3 with grade "Passed, Achieved". Entry to foundation For entry to International Foundation Program, you must have completed LEVEL 2 NCEA: Minimum 5 subjects with at least 13 credits LEVEL 3 NCEA: Achievement of Level 3 at any level You will need to provide a letter of reference from an academic source and a personal statement. |
Undergraduate - Year 2 and 3 | For advanced entry, If you have achieved a qualification such as a foundation degree or HND, or have gained credit at another university, you may be able to enter a Middlesex University course in year two or three. You will need to provide a letter of reference from an academic source and a personal statement. |
Postgraduate | For most postgraduate courses you must hold 2:1 - Bachelor (Honours) degree - Upper Second Class Honours 2:2 - Bachelor (Honours) degree - Lower Second Class Honours You will need to provide two letters of reference from academic sources and a personal statement. |
If you're a talented student, you may be eligible for either our Regional or International Merit Award, which rewards students with up to £2,000 towards course fees for all taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
We also have a limited number of £5,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship Awards available to North and South American students who have demonstrated high levels of academic excellence in their previous studies.

Students are only eligible to receive one scholarship award. The awards are for full undergraduate or postgraduate degree courses. Students must have applied to Middlesex and received an offer before they can apply for any of these scholarship awards.

You can also apply for the British Government's Chevening Scholarships, The Commonwealth Scholarship and a variety of private agencies and charities for scholarships, bursaries and grants to study in the UK. Successful applicants will receive an Entry Clearance vignette in their passport and will be able to collect their Biometric Residence permit in the UK.
