EU nationals WITH Settled or Pre-Settled status

EU nationals WITHOUT Settled or Pre-Settled status
You will be able to study on a course that lasts 6 months or less without a visa. If your course is longer than 6 months, you will need to meet the requirements below to obtain a visa:
- Submit an online application through the UKVI website. You will need to make payments for the visa fee and immigration health surcharge
- Biometric data and supporting documents in most cases will be submitted online (using the UK Immigration: ID Check app to verify your identity) but you may be asked to attend a visa application centre
- EU applicants need to meet the normal finance requirements but are not required to evidence this unless requested to
- Applicants who verified their identity through the UK Immigration: ID Check app will receive an e-visa and will be able to evidence their immigration status to others by generating a share code on the UKVI View and Prove Service
Travelling to the UK
- Applicants who attended a visa application centre will receive an entry clearance vignette in their passport and should collect their BRP once in the UK.
- EU nationals who have made a student route visa application should not travel to the UK until they have received confirmation that their visa has been granted.
