This module enables newly qualified social workers (NQSWs) during their assessed and supported year in employment (ASYE), to consolidate their social work knowledge, skills and values in their specialist area of practice. It will enable them to critically reflect on and review their development to facilitate high-quality practice and service delivery. It will contribute to students’ understanding and achievement of the PCF at ASYE level and the KSS.
