Most large employers offer ASYE as part of the probationary period, and this module is designed to their training and development programmes.
This module enables newly qualified social workers (NQSWs) during their assessed and supported year in employment (ASYE), to consolidate their social work knowledge, skills and values in their specialist area of practice. It will enable them to critically reflect on and review their development to facilitate high-quality practice and service delivery. It will contribute to students’ understanding and achievement of the PCF at ASYE level and the KSS.

"I really enjoyed working as part of a small group of other NQSWs and would definitely recommend the course. The teaching was great".
