Level of study | Entry requirements |
Undergraduate - Year 1 | Students currently studying at university may apply to transfer to one of our degree courses in the UK. Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and acceptance granted to students with good results. Students who successfully complete the one-year International Foundation Programme (IFP) at Middlesex will automatically progress onto a Middlesex degree. For entry onto our International Foundation Programme you will need to have graduated with a General Secondary School Certificate with good grades and have a minimum IELTS of 5.5, or equivalent recognised English language test. |
Undergraduate - Year 2 and 3 | Successfully passed at least one year's higher studies in a relevant subject area. We require 60 ECTS for entry to year two, and 120 ECTS for entry to year three. Acceptance is based on a curriculum match between your prior study and the syllabus at Middlesex. You will need to provide a letter of reference from an academic source and a personal statement. |
Postgraduate | For most postgraduate courses, you must have completed your bachelor degree equivalent to a British second class honours degree. Our MBA courses require at least two years of post-graduation work experience at management level, and in some cases a GMAT score of over 550 will also be required. |
You must also meet our standard English Language Requirements. If you don't meet our English language requirements, we offer a Pre-sessional English course.
We are pleased to offer a range of international scholarships and merit awards to international students.
Visit our scholarships page for a list of all Middlesex scholarships you may be eligible for.

Successful applicants will receive an Entry Clearance vignette in their passport and will be able to collect their Biometric Residence permit in the UK.
