For entry to most undergraduate courses, you must have completed the Studentereksamen, Højere Forberedelseseksamen, Højere Handelseksamen or Højere Teknisk Eksamen. We require a minimum grade of 4 or 7 depending on the course you are applying for.
Each course will have specific grade requirements and some will have prerequisites, such as prior study in a specific subject or submission of a portfolio. Full details can be found within the specific course information page.
As part of the application process you will need to provide a letter of reference from an academic source and a personal statement.
Students must also meet our standard English Language Requirements. We accept a minimum grade 7 in English in the Studentereksamen as evidence of your English language ability for most undergraduate programmes. If you don't meet these, we offer a Pre-sessional English course.
If you have successfully passed at least one year's higher studies in a relevant subject area you may able to enter directly onto the second or third year of one of our undergraduate degrees as a transfer student. We require 60 ECTS for entry to year two, and 120 ECTS for entry to year three. Acceptance is based on a curriculum match between your prior study and the syllabus at Middlesex.
You must also meet our standard English Language Requirements, and as part of the application process you will need to provide a letter of reference from an academic source and a personal statement.
For most postgraduate courses, you must have completed a good Bachelor Degree (Candidatus Philosophiae) with an overall grade minimum of 8-10, depending on the course you are applying for.
Some courses will have prerequisites, such as prior study in a specific subject, work-experience or the submission of a portfolio. Full details can be found within the specific course information page.

Undergraduate
In order to continue our support for European students, we are offering a bursary to offer holders who start their studies in September 2022 or January 2023.
Eligible students will only pay £9,500 per year for their entire undergraduate studies.
Eligibility: European Union citizens who have lived in or are permanent residents of the EU/EEA. Students also need to be holding an offer to study at Middlesex.
How to apply: Automatically applied - no application is required.
Students with settled or pre-settled status will not be eligible for the bursary, as UK fees will automatically apply.
Postgraduate
In order to continue our support for European students, we are offering a bursary to offer holders who start their studies in September 2022 or January 2023.
Eligible students will receive a discount meaning they will only pay an additional £250 on top of the UK course fees for their postgraduate studies.
Eligibility: European Union citizens who have lived in or are permanent residents of the EU/EEA. Students also need to be holding an offer to study at Middlesex.
How to apply: Automatically applied - no application is required.
Students with settled or pre-settled status will not be eligible for the bursary, as UK fees will automatically apply.
