Undergraduate entry requirements
Entry to year one
For entry to most undergraduate courses, you must have completed your Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC or IB), and provide certificates of your SC results, HSC results and leaving certificate.
Each course will have specific grade requirements and some will have prerequisites, such as prior study in a specific subject or submission of a portfolio. Full details can be found within the specific course information page.
If you don't meet our entry criteria, you may be considered for our one-year International Foundation Programme. Students who successfully complete a foundation course at Middlesex will automatically progress onto a Middlesex degree.
Entry to year two or three
Students who wish to transfer from the Middlesex University Mauritius Branch campus to our campus in London should contact the student office at the university.
If you have achieved a Foundation Degree, CertHE, DipHE, HNC, HND or a number of modules of an undergraduate degree course at another university, you may be able to enter directly into the second or third year of one of our undergraduate degree courses as a transfer student. We recognise qualifications from a range of awarding bodies including Aptech, ABE and Edexcel.
For most postgraduate courses, you must have completed a good Bachelor degree, equivalent to a British second class honours degree.
Some courses will have prerequisites, such as prior study in a specific subject, work-experience or the submission of a portfolio. Full details can be found within the specific course information page.
